First of all, sorry for the lack of pictures in this entry. I ran out of batteries for my camera and decided to use my mom's, which I dropped and broke on my kitchen floor when I was done cooking. Enjoy this post-recipe picture that I took with my camera: - INGREDIENTS -
olive oil
spices (I say this broadly: usually, I use garlic, onion powder, pepper, and recently started to add crushed red pepper. They get really spicy.)
2 cans of Garbonzo beans, aka Chickpeas
- DIRECTIONS -
1. Remove the can from your peas, drain, and wash.
2. In a bowl, mix together your olive oil, spices, and chick peas.
3. Spread the peas out on a foiled pan and bake in the oven at about 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Only take them out when they're sort of crunchy and the moisture is mostly gone.
4. Enjoy!
